YOGA PRACTICES


Being strong and fit is often not enough for being balanced and feeling peaceful inside.  That is why one branch of OMAklubi group training classes is yoga, focusing on inward reflections and supporting the process of finding balance and peace inside of ourselves.
Nowadays, yoga is a name for so many different types of workout and meditation, which can be rather confusing. We at OMAklubi focus on creating a balance between physical workout, emotional release and meditative and calming effects of yoga, putting together the body-mind-breath connection.

Most of our yoga classes are built on principles of Vinyasa Flow with a focus on steadiness, ease and alignment of each individual body. Hence, we welcome everyone to try and find their joy, ease and balance through different yoga practices!
