If you answered “yes” to any of these, then the SUPPORT FROM A TRAINER program is for you. It’s your way to take a piece of OMAklubi with you. Your OMAtrainer will create a personal plan and support you, even when you’re training on your own.

Who is it for and how does it work?
- To use the studio, you need to join OMAklubi – for that, you’re invited to a free introductory meeting (book directly from the Uus-Veerenni studio page or email us at uusveerenni@omaklubi.ee).
- There are no one-time “drop-in” passes – the studio is meant as a safe, supportive place for members to train in a small group setting. Capacity is limited to a maximum of four people, so there’s always space to move comfortably.

How does it work?
- First step. If you’re new to OMAklubi, we’ll always begin with the FIRST FIVE package to give you a solid introduction to safe, independent training.
- Personal training plan. Your OMAtrainer will design a program tailored to your goals, your available equipment, and the time you can commit – so you can train completely independently.
- Ongoing support. Your OMAtrainer monitors your progress, gives regular feedback, and adjusts the plan when needed.
A few important notes
- The program can be combined with any OMAklubi package. Ask your OMAtrainer for details.
- If you’d like to discuss your goals and options before starting, you’re welcome to a free strategy session.
- If you want to train at home but don’t have enough equipment, we can also rent it to you.
