Personal training is the most direct path to your goals. At OMAklubi, your plan is fully tailored to your needs, guided one-on-on by OMAtrainer (or if you wish, come train with a friendin our group personal training).

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 SMALL GROUP TRAINING
At OMAklubi,  group workouts are called small group trainings, as they give you the best of both worlds: the energy of others in a class and the personal attention of your OMAtrainer. Train with up to 8 OMAs in a supportive, guided environment. Peek into our schedule as well.

  • always guided by a real coach - never a video class;
  • classes designed for different goals: strength, endurance, energy;
  • friendly and familiar atmosphere, never lost or pressured;
  • choose a flexible package or a fixed routine.

🔑 INDEPENDENT TRAINING IN UUS-VEERENNI STUDIO
Independent training at Uus-Veerenni studio lets you work out on your own, in a calm and personal setting. The studio is small and cozy, with a maximum of 4 trainees at once. So there’s always space, without the crowds.

Why choose independent training?
  • train at your own time, with only a few others around;
  • take a quiet moment to focus on your movement;
  • expand your program or support progress in other sports.
You can also order a SUPPORT FROM ATRAINER program - a strength plan for one cycle, with feedback and adjustments from your OMAtrainer.
