We’ve created classes that help you build strength and endurance, improve mobility, or simply enjoy the joy of movement. Our small group trainings keep things personal and community-driven, while OMAtrainer tailor-made classes offer something truly unique.

Trainings in small group training hall:

🏋️  JÕUD /  STRENGTH (55 min)
Kettlebells and basic strength moves. Focus on technique and building strength. Suitable for all levels.

🔥 VASTUPIDAVUS / ENDURANCE (55 min)
Strength endurance with kettlebells. Combines basic moves, compound exercises, and endurance blocks.

⚡ NOBE / QUICKIE  (40 min)
A fast and effective full-body workout. Interval training in your own base, mainly with kettlebells.

⏱️ ERITINOBE  / EXTRA QUICKIE (30 min)
The most compact option – just 30 minutes of intense kettlebell and bodyweight training.

Trainings in Lutheri's STRENGTH ROOM: 

🔄  JÕURING / STRENGTH CIRCLE (55 min)
Circuit training with supersets, moving station to station. Builds both strength and stamina.

🌅  HOMMIK / MORNING (55 min)
For early risers – a strength room circuit with warm-up, supersets, and relaxation. A boost of energy for the whole day.

Calm and mindful training to complement strength work with mobility, breathing, and body awareness.

 (55 min)
A mix of yoga, pilates, and strength work – for a stronger body and a calmer mind.

🌞 HOMMIKUVIRGUTUS Sveniga / MORNING ENERGY BURST with Sven
 (45 min)
A refreshing start to the day: energising warm-up, progressive strength training, and ending with meditation.

🤱 NOORED EMAD Eva-Liisiga / YOUNG MOMS with Eva-Liis
 (55 min)
Safe and supportive training for mothers – both expectant and postnatal. Focus on core strength and balanced movement. For mothers only (without children).

💃 TANTSURÕÕM Sveniga / JOY OF DANCE with Sven
 (90 min)
Creative and fun dance training. Learn choreography and enjoy movement through different musical styles.

👯 HYPE
 Sveniga / HYPE with Sven (30 min)
High-intensity HIIT with bodyweight. Each track is a fun and powerful challenge.



General Principles of OMAklubi Small Group Trainings:

  • Each class has a maximum of 8 spots to keep the sessions personal and spacious (dance-based classes have up to 6 spots).
  • Trainings take place in the Luther STRENGTH ROOM or the SMALL GROUP TRAINING HALL. In summer, some sessions move outdoors to the Uus-Veerenni training area.
  • Registration is open until the class starts if spots are available. Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before the class (later cancellations will count as used and be deducted from the member’s account). 
  • A class will take place if at least 3 participants are registered 2 hours before the start (for early morning sessions, at least 2 participants must be registered by 22:30 the night before). 
  • If a class is cancelled due to low attendance or by the club, the session will be credited back to the trainee.
  • Each trainee is responsible for choosing the right intensity for themselves. If needed, ask your OMAtrainer for variations or adjustments – either before or during the class.
